NARS BLUSH HAUL

After hearing all the hype about their blushers I decided to dip my (tiny) feet into the NARS pool and purchase a few products.

The first thing that I love is their sleek packaging. The outer carton itself is a bit meh, but inside you get sleek matt black loveliness! It's the kind of surface that I could stroke all day- is that a bit weird?
Everything is beautifully coordinated which will please a lot of humans. All the blushers come with a handy built-in mirror for those on-the-go top-ups!

I purchased 3 products and got a complimentary mini blush with a special code which I was happy about- who doesn't love a freebie?!

NARS Cheek Palette in Foreplay Orgasm 9968

This cute little palette is split into 4 sections which includes 3 blushers and a highlighter. All the colours are based on the original "Orgasm" blush which I also purchased separately. With this you get a matte peach blush, a gold highlighting blush, a matte pink blush and a deeper shade of orgasm which has a gorgeous golden shimmer making it perfect for the summer months.
This is a great product for travel if like me, you like to take all your make-up with you for those "just-in-case" moments. In this you get 4 different shades in one super portable compact.

NARS Blush in Deep Throat 3830

As many of you know NARS Orgasm is the holy grail of blushers in the beauty industry. I had read so many articles about this that I had to see what the fuss was about. It is a beautiful peachy pink with a golden shimmer to it that seems to suit an array of skin tones and complexions. It provides a gorgeous glow without looking clown-like!

I also got a free mini of the Deep Throat blush which is quite similar to Orgasm in colour but goes on a bit more sheer so perfect if you want a subtle glow. This will also be a good one for throwing in the make-up bag on my travels!

The Multiple in Nā Pali Coast

So this was a bit of an impulse buy and I'm not quite sure what I think of it yet. NARS says that this is an all-in-one stick for eyes, cheeks, lips and body.
I was mostly drawn to the colour which is a bronzey rose with lashings of shimmer. Everyone knows I love anything glittery!
I have so far popped a bit of this on the centre of my eyelids and used it as a highlighter on my brow bone which looked quite pretty. I also tried it on my lips but it felt really drying, but perhaps with some lip gloss on top it would be better.
I am a bit scared to use on my cheeks but when I pick up the courage, I think it would do a good job as a contouring shade.

We'll see how this one goes...atm is not my fave...

So there you have it my first NARS haul!

I will carry on trying out these products and hopefully review them in a future post.

I'm not sure if I've converted to the NARS cause just yet so I'll keep you posted! :)

Thanks for reading!

Mwah!
